IsItGoneDown.com is a website availability checking tool that tests whether URLs are reachable from our servers and/or your device. It is provided by Heskap IT Support, Ireland ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Free and Pro Accounts

IsItGoneDown.com offers both a free tier and a paid Pro tier (€7.99/month). The features available at each tier are described on the website and may change from time to time with reasonable notice.

• Free accounts — limited to 10 check history entries and 3 saved sites.
• Pro accounts — unlimited history, unlimited saved sites, CSV export, and additional features as described on the site.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a rolling basis via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IsItGoneDown.com to:

• Check URLs at a volume that constitutes a denial-of-service attack
• Circumvent, abuse, or attempt to bypass any rate limits or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
